The Team

It takes many moving parts to get this thing that we call the Internet going and to keep it going. Here are some of our team members that get you connected… and keep you connected.

Jason Slagle

Director of Sales

Jason joined Peoples in 2021 and is responsible for Commercial Development and the Managed Services practice. Jason brings a wealth of expertise and passion around technology, people, and customer success. Prior to joining Peoples, Jason has held roles that have spanned Engineering to Account leadership at several fortune 500 companies, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry. Jason is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.

Brittany Hayes

Sales Manager

Brittany joined the Peoples team in March 2013 right before graduating from Texas A&M-Commerce with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Brittany does not see herself as a Sales Manager but rather a Problem Solver. Brittany says, “Every business customer we have is unique. My number one goal is to find the customized solution for each of them and to make sure they are fully satisfied with their services after install.” When Brittany is not solving all of your communication needs you can find her and her husband, Kyle, at their home church where they serve as youth leaders or at the ball fields watching their daughter Lola and son Tucker play ball.

Joey Hamm

Sales Engineer

Prior to Joey’s eight years at Peoples, he spent time on the user’s side of the fence. He has over 25 years’ expertise in Wide Area Networking & Telecommunications, beginning with his service in the Marine Corps, then in an enterprise manufacturing environment, and most recently, four years as a VP of Information Technology in the financial industry. Because of this perspective he claims to be a Network Engineering Genius. Just ask him… In all seriousness, Joey understands the challenges that a business of any scale faces in IT and with that he will always design and implement a network that is customer focused. Joey and his wife Joanie, have three grown sons, Dustin, Ethan and Caden. It is because of his three sons that Joey has developed a passion for bow hunting and baseball… well he claims it was his sons’ fault.

Caysi Marshall

Account Manager

Caysi has been with Peoples since 2014 and worn many different residential hats from customer service to billing. As Account Specialist, Caysi will use her knowledge to assist you with billing questions, changes to your account, and pretty much all things account related. When she is not helping our customers, she enjoys all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, rodeo and spending time with her friends and family, Harlan, Haydan and Cayslyn.

Jordan Davis

Account Manager

Jordan joined Peoples in August of 2016 after graduating from the University of North Texas. Before joining the sales team he worked as a customer service representative and later in the field as an I&R technician. Combining his technical experience from the field and his customer service experience, he strives to provide the best personalized solution for each of his commercial customers.  His wife Brenda is a teacher at a local school district and together they have a beef cattle operation. In his free time, he enjoys dominating fantasy football, losing golf balls on the golf course and slow evenings at home with his wife and 4 dogs, Johnny Cash, Robert Redford, Sissy Spacek and Dolly Parton.

Raegan Whittington

Sales Assistant

Joining Peoples in February of 2017, Raegan began as a member of our Customer Service team. She spent her first 2 years in this position, growing her knowledge of all things Peoples. She transitioned from her CSR position to her existing role as Sales Assistant for the sales team in early 2019.  In this role, she has her hands in every part of the sales process – fielding new customer inquiries, assisting current customers with their account, managing all commercial billing – just to name a few! When not at Peoples, you will find Raegan with her husband Shane and two boys Gunnar and Walker at the baseball park in the summer and in the tree stand during hunting season.
