It takes many moving parts to get this thing that we call the Internet going and to keep it going. Here are some of our team members that get you connected… and keep you connected.
Brittany graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Brittany does not see herself as an Internet Sales Manager but rather a Problem Solver. Brittany says, “My number one goal is to find the customized solution for each of my customers.” When Brittany is not solving all of your communication needs you can find her dairy farming and kid wrangling with Kyle, Lola and Tucker.
Prior to Joey’s three years at Peoples he spent time on the user’s side of the fence. He has over 20 years’ expertise in Wide Area Networking & Telecommunications, beginning with his service in the Marine Corps, then in an enterprise manufacturing environment, and most recently, four years as a VP of Information Technology in the financial industry. Because of this perspective he claims to be a Network Engineering Genius. Just ask him… In all seriousness, Joey understands the challenges that a business of any scale faces in IT and with that he will always design and implement a network that is customer focused. Joey and his wife Joanie, have three grown sons, Dustin, Ethan and Caden. It is because of his three sons that Joey has developed a passion for bow hunting and baseball… well he claims it was his sons’ fault.
Caysi has been with Peoples since 2014 and worn many different residential hats from customer service to billing. As Sales Assistant, Caysi will use her knowledge to assist you with billing questions, changes to your account, and pretty much all things account related. When she is not helping our customers, she enjoys all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, rodeo and spending time with her friends and family, Harlan, Haydan and Cayslyn.

Peoples Managed Services is the bridge between the fiber in the ground and the customer. They basically connect the dots and keep things running for our customers. Ben began in the industry doing residential installations of satellite equipment. When he joined Peoples he started in our Security Department before joining the Managed Services team. Ben says that the best thing about this job is that every job is different. It gives him the opportunity to customize a network or facilities to optimize the customers use. Thinking outside the box in managed services is not only encouraged, but a requirement.
Bryan has been on Peoples residential Internet side for many years, helping our customers troubleshoot their connections remotely. He is now putting those years of remote support to use with on-site assistance.
Denny brings 30 plus years of experience to our team. He says that allowing customers to focus on their business as we take care of their network is the best part of his job.
Kade, the newest member of our team, believes quality of service reigns supreme. With experience provided enterprise level support for financial institutions for nearly a decade, he says he just wants to share his passion for technology with others.
Our Managed Services team believes Nelson Boswell got it right when he proclaimed, “here is a simple but powerful rule: always give people more than what they expect to get.“
