How Does It Work?
When you are home and need assistance but can't dial a phone, just push the button on the pendant you will be wearing. A loud siren will sound. This siren is a form of feedback to assure you that you have successfully activated the Emergency Alert System. After 1 minute the siren will automatically shut off and is ready for the next activation. While the siren is sounding the Emergency Alert System automatically calls our 24-hour Central Monitoring Station and alerts our dispatchers of your emergency. Our dispatchers are automatically informed of Who you are, Where you live, and Who you want to be called to come to your assistance.

What Is Involved For The Installation?
On average it will take us about 45 minutes to install the system. Our technicians will need to mount the main control unit. They will wire your phone line, your house electricity, and the siren to the control unit. (There is a battery backup in the control unit in case your electricity should fail.) After installing the main control we will ask for your list of names and phone numbers of people to be summoned should you need assistance. That is it, it's ready to use!
